| // Nydia here, i'll talk about the changes in OTA. All that is listed here is approved by UberStun himself.
For starters the saying of OTA is above all 'human' ranks is revoked.
Firstly, OWS will be ranked equal to nothing. Only Higher-up on OTA and DvL+ can order OWS.
Secondly, EOW are now equal to DvL and CmD+ can order them.
Thirdly, the OTA will have a new rank (KING), it is a rank above all MPF and the commander of OTA.
Lastly, the OTA rank GUARDIAN, is now re-directed to a highly skilled guard for the KING and CA themself.
(Yes, this mean GUARDIAN's duty now is to protect KING and CA, they cannot give order and can only be ordered by KING and CA)
KING will not have a division, but a UU infront of their rank.
eg.(UU-KING.00001)
GUARDIAN will still be under SYNTH and can only be appointed by KING and CA.
