| Just a vote to decide if we should have conscripts
Backstory : On the late days of the 7 hour war the combine could not risk their important units to fight the humans. They started to capture members of the army and use them against their comrades with the fear of painful death.
After the war half of the units were brain washed and the other half turned into conscripts. They are currently being used when the Union can not risk their important troops. Many of the loyal officers were turned into Commissars to make sure the fear of death is still deep in the minds of the conscripts. since we have the combine guard from beta I think we should have conscripts they will be in large numbers be easy to get into but are some what weak compared to OTA and MPF they will be disposable and will have the ability to have the same weapons they used back when they were in earth's military forces. They will be able to patrol with MPF however a 06+ can command a conscript recruit-troop.
Commander: Commands the force that leads the conscripts able to have a ar2 and can execute units that flee or do not follow orders or ask questions he will also be able to have a grenade and a side arm of his choice.
Major : Can have a Ar2 , Smg ,Shot gun and a side arm plus a grenade has the authority to kill units that don't follow orders or ask questions.
Commissar : A rank dedicated to strike fear into the troopers ; can kill a trooper or a recruit to make others follow orders blindly and to boost moral by fear [ this rank is optional as not all players will want to have this responsibility it needs a person that can roll-play with strong words that make fear into the lower ranks if some one wants to they can skip the rank if they have preformed well as a elite] the Commissar had the same weapons as major
Elite officer : Commands the elite troops can have a Smg or shot gun and a 9mm and a grenade
Elite trooper : Had proven by his combat that he is a good and loyal trooper, while faced with a very low risk of execution ,they have stronger armor than a normal trooper can have the same weapons as a elite officer and are very tactical
Officer : Commands all normal troopers he faces a moderate chance of execution he can have the same weapons as the elite except only a non fatal grenade is allowed and he may not have a shot gun
Trooper : Basic disposable trooper faces a High-Moderate chance of execution ; depending of performance. May have a Smg and a 9mm
Recruit Trooper : Very disposable and may only have a 9mm for training they may go out of nexus if they wish but mostly are kept in for training

| So, What do you mean by conscripts? I dont assume vorts cause these have weapons.

| Like I said before If you are one who says he knows every detail of Hl2 lore conscripts are people from Beta who use to be in the army of a world nation before the UU took over

I never said i knew every detail of HL2, But yes i do know a lot about the cannon.
What do you mean with ''Beta''? Please try to explain what you mean.
From the picture i assume you want human soldiers to walk around on the plaza?
You should know that we have these already. They're called CCA. (Or MPF)
