How long have you been on StungamingRP?: I’ve been on stungaming since the very first day, from the first time it was opened.
How long have you been doing serious roleplaying?: I have been doing serious roleplay on gmod and other games for about 1½ year.
Have you had any previous experience with this faction? If so, state: I have indeed. Come to think of it, I think I’ve been a CPA on every hl2rp server I’ve
been on.
Why do you want to join the CPA?: I want to join the CPA because it’s very different to roleplaying as a citizen, or any other faction for that matter. I
like having a bit of control against other players, and I also really enjoy the kind of roleplay you can get on a CPA, by saying this I do not mean roleplaying
on a citizen is boring.
Have you ever been banned on a Half-Life 2 roleplay server before, if yes tell us why?: No, I have never been banned on a hl2rp server before.
Your character's backstory, including the reason and method in which they ended up as a Civil Protection Agent (Minimum 2 paragraphs):
James Cooper was born outside of London. James and his family did not have a lot of money and therefor they lived in a house, that looked like it could fall apart any minute. James’ parents could barely afford to pay for James’ school, but they knew he needed an education. James did not have a very good childhood, as he was teased in school because he were very poor. James always knew what he wanted as a job when he grew up, he wanted to become an astronaut. He had always dreamt of going to space, looking at the earth from thousands of kilometers above it, floating around in the empty and lonely space. After some years he had to go to the exam. Throughout school he had not done a very good job, and deep inside, James knew he would never make it through the exam with good enough grades. And James were right. Some years later he took the job as a dustman. James did not earn much from it, but it was enough to pay for his flat, food and water. After some years, his mum passed away, and she were buried 5 days later. James’ dad was devastated and had moved in with James. But everyday James came home from a hard day of work, only to find his father sitting in the corner of the living room, sleeping with a flask of whiskey in his hand. Only a few weeks later, James’ father passed away as well. 2 years went by; James had gotten himself a job in a local supermarket. On the 3rd day of his job, he heard the sound of people screaming outside the market. James went out to see what was happening, and what he saw, was something no one had ever seen before. Things as he described as aliens at that point, were invading London. It did not take long before these “aliens” had invaded the whole world. Cities were build and James were transferred to city fortyfive. He was there for about 2 years, there were a lot of criminal activities. The rebels, living in the slums just outside of the city, were attacking the combine. The city were too dangerous for the citizens, so most of them were transferred to the same city as me, City eightteen.

Why do you want to join the CPA?: I want to join the CPA because unlike other citizens in city eightteen, I see our treatment as a fair treatment. There was a lot of criminal activity around in the last city I were in, City fortyfive. I have now been transferred over to City eightteen, and I have decided that I want to help stop the criminal activity and bring law and order.
What do you want to achieve by joining the CPA?: Less criminal activity. ( [OOC]what it says above)

| Quick notes, aliens had already started to flood over the world in the events after black-mesa explosion, a long moment after, the UU/Combine started to enlarge portalsand passed through, giving them enough space to transfer full citadels through these methods. Even thou your application is good, I'd also like to remind you we're not years from the problem but months.
