Why do you want to join the CPA?: I'd like to have a role of some person with the job to keep the place under control.
Have you ever been banned on a Half-Life 2 roleplay server before, if yes tell us why?: No, i've never been banned before.
Your character's backstory, including the reason and method in which they ended up as a Civil Protection Agent (Minimum 2 paragraphs):
Victor was born in Russia. His parents got killed by some bandits when he was 4 years old. After that he used to walk in the streets... homeless...
He didn't get any help from the others, so he had to teach himself how to live in a cold city like Moscow.
He didn't want to steal from the normal people, because of knowing that it's just not right. So he stole from Thieves. Once he got caught,
and had to fight against 4 of those... He was suprised that it went that easy, dodging and right in the chin to knock em off...
But he knew he can't continue living like that, he needed a job, a home, money... So he looked for some kind of criminal "terminating" profession, which is the policeman of course.
Starting from the academy the trainers saw that he got that what it takes to be a great policeman, so they placed him into the Special Forces...
Thats where he learned everything. From knifes to rocket launchers, he learned advanced hand to hand combat, and advanced arms using.
On a mission, started the 7 hour war... His squad got shot by the combines and brang him to the nexus. Thats where he got brainwashed...
But... he still has the will to continue being someone who keeps the citizens safe no matter how...

Why do you want to join the CPA?: It's that what fullfills me... I used to keep the streets safe before, and I know that I'm able to do it again.
What do you want to achieve by joining the CPA?: I want to keep the streets under control. Make sure the citizens will follow the rules. And i want to keep the city safe from rebels.
Have you made any sort of crimes before: I've never done crimes before. If you don't count stealing from thieves as a child, before the 7 hour war.

Also, the start of your characters backstory does not make too too much sence to me, please do some more work on that if you can.

| Few things I don't approve, like brainwash, no one was brainwashed outside the overwatch operationals and you're not gonna know how to use an RPG from going at the policeman school, hang about the server and get stun approval for whitelist.
CONDITIONALLY APPROVED
Don't want a super-soldier walking around the streets, none of the Civil Protection Agents actually know more than their backstories and your's a bit excessive.
